Lord and his whole crew were absolutely fantastic to work with. Lord came and gave me an honest assessment of my roof and quoted a very competitive price for a new roof. He was a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. Where Lord stood out from the rest was his attention to detail. He took pictures of the roof along the way explaining what was done incorrectly last time and how he finished the job this time. Lord put a real emphasis on making sure that both myself and my neighbour were happy with his work and the final product.
